Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Stalybridge is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Stalybridge and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a consultation or prescription request if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Our pharmacist's clinical decision is final and made in the interest of patient safety.
All orders require completion of an online medical questionnaire. This information is reviewed by one of our qualified prescribers. A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically safe and appropriate to do so.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following every consultation. Our prescribers may request additional information, recommend an alternative treatment, or decline to prescribe. You will be informed of the outcome promptly.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the purposes of dispensing only through Pharmacy Weight Loss Stalybridge unless otherwise agreed. You must not misrepresent your medical history or attempt to obtain medication fraudulently.
Payment is required at the point of order. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment for the consultation and/or medication will be charged before dispensing. You will receive a confirmation receipt by email. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to the address provided at the time of order.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel where required. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances outside our control.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription-only medicines in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, a full refund of the consultation fee will be provided within 5–10 working days.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
